Answers to common questions about our services.

Yes. We do offer Interior Designing Service for all types of residential and commercial projects which will be customized based on your brief. You may require to fill in enquiry form which is given in Interior Designing Service section of primary menu. In enquiry form, please select one from available four services which you would like to opt for and fill in details as required. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible for initial discussion.

No. Once we get complete filled in form from you, we will have one round of discussion either on telephone or in person based on need and convenience which will be free of cost. During this discussion, we you want us to work further on discussed points, then it will be chargeable and to be paid in advance. This will get adjusted in total project cost.

No. It is not compulsory to buy products from us even if we are servicing your need. We are offering few types of products here just to ease the process of selection during our discussion. In case, you decide to buy products from us, we may offer you special prices if you have opted for our services.

No. There are variety of finished and unfinished products required during any interior designing work which are available in wide range of prices and quality. So, to make it simple, we are offering limited finished products which can be brought anytime during interior designing process or even after interior designing is completed.

Yes. Few of the products can be customized which is mentioned with each products. We offer three types of products – Ready-to-Order, Book-to-Order and Make-to-Order. While Make-to-Order products can be customized, none of the Book-to-Order and the Ready-to-Order products can be customized, unless specified. Please read details given below products SKU code.

No. Facility of COD (Cash-On-Delivery) is available only for selected products.  For rest of the products, payment is to be made in advance directly through Credit card/Debit Card or Net Banking at the time ordering the products.  You will receive order confirmation through SMS and/or E-mail. All Make-to-Order products require 50% advance payment which will be done through NEFT bank transfer post order finalization.

No. We don’t offer any trial period for any of our products. Kindly note that, we are arranging products from various parts of India and come to you directly from our supplier/vendor.  Hence, once order is delivered, we cannot take return or do exchange of the product. Kindly verify suitability of the products through given product specification before placing the order.  Please refer our Shipping & Delivery policy and Cancellation& Refund policy for further clarity before ordering any product.
If you noticed that consignment is in serious /objectionable damage condition at the time delivery, you may highlight and raise the objection to the delivering person immediately before opening the consignment and may refuse to accept delivery of the consignment if delivery person accept the damage. Also, if possible take pictures of damaged consignment for future reference.  Please refer our Shipping & Delivery policies for further details.
We understand the need of protecting individual privacy and hence follow guidelines which are mentioned in our Privacy Policy. You may please refer the same for further details.

Warranty is generally provided by product supplier / vendor. It will be given only if provided by supplier or vendors of the product. It is mentioned in each product details.

For products which are below Rs.1000, there is shipping charges of Rs.60 additional, which will get added in to your invoice. Products which are at Rs.1000 and above, there are no delivery charges, unless separately specified in product description. Please check for the same before ordering the product.

No. Installment or EMI option is currently not available with us.

Delivery time varies depending on product types – Ready-to-Order, Book-to-Order and Make-to-Order. Estimated delivery time is mentioned with each product description. While we will try and deliver your products in stipulated time, in rare unavoidable instances it may get delayed which will be informed to you in advance.

The products shown here are as actual pictures, however, due to nature of the material, different manufacturing methods, and especially for handmade products there could be little variation in actual product received by you and shown in the picture.

Products are mainly identified by their SKU code which is mentioned in product description.  Please ensure that you order has the same SKU code which fulfill your requirement. If we deliver wrong product SKU code than your order, we will take that as our responsibility and will do the needful to deliver your product. However, if product ordered by you and delivered by us has same SKU code, then we may not able to do anything.

We believe in transparent and uniform prices for all. Currently, we do not have any wholesale discount or quantity discount policy. Price will be same for any quantity.

No. We have tie up with E-commerce Delivery Company. Either this company or our vendor will deliver the product at your door step. We may choose to ship the material through third option if found effective.
