Our Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order can be cancelled till 12 midnight on the same day. Execution of the order will start from 09.00 AM of next working day.
Refund for cancelled order will be initiated immediately, in case full/partial payment against the order is already made. Refund will get credited to the respective on-line account or credit card/debit card account from where payment is made within 4-8 working days.
In case of Returns under cash on delivery payment mode, refund will be made within 4-8 working days through NEFT transaction in your bank account only. In such cases, you may have to provide your bank details to refund your payment. Cash refund will not be done under any circumstances.
Once the order is executed & dispatched by our supplier/vendors, we will not able to accommodate any cancellations or modifications. Once the delivery is made successfully at your premises, cancellation of order is not possible under any circumstances.
In case of Customized Make to Order Products, if order is cancelled within 2 days of order placed, including order day, 25% of order value shall be forfeited from the advance made at the time of order booking. If cancelled after 3^rd day till 7^th day, 50% of order value shall be forfeited. Order cannot be cancelled after 7^th day.
Order for the products which are sold under special scheme and promotions cannot be cancelled in any condition and at any situations.
Order cancellation/modification may apply for certain products only. Please read all details of the product before placing the order with us.
Order cancellations/ modifications are to be done through our web site using your log in account only. Order number which is created through log in account is to be provided. In case of any difficulties, you may also initiate it with us through your registered e-mail id to customersupport@expressionsdesign.co.in.
