All enquiry/orders will be necessarily executed with prices mentioned on website at the time of initiating the order. - For all Interior Design Services, payments will be collected as per standard schedule given in our process mentioned here on this website, which can be mutually discussed and agreed upon at the time of finalizing the work.
- For all Interior Design Services and Customized Make to Order Products, submission of an enquiry form is the prerequisite in which all customer details & his requirements are to be given. Our team will get in touch with customer only after receiving complete information through enquiry form. Forms with incomplete information will not be considered as valid enquiry. The cost estimate & scope of work can be given only after receipt of detail requirement through enquiry form and/or brief discussion/site visit. All Interior Design Services will be facilitated either by Expressions Design Team and/or their associates. The execution processes for all types of Interior Design work are as given on this website. Actual project cost & scope of work may differ w.r.t. estimated cost & defined scope of work. The timelines for execution of projects may vary due to change in requirements and/or other unavoidable circumstances. Given cost estimate will be valid only for 15 days.
- Please check for extra charges, if any, mentioned under various terms on respective website pages. Extra charges, if applicable, may vary for online payment, cash on delivery, bill amount of the order etc. This will get added in order value at the time of ordering the product.
- While we strive to display accurate design / product prices along with other information, typographical errors may occur in rare case. In the event where you have initiated order for designs / products which are listed with lesser price than actual or with wrong specifications, we keep the right to intimate you about this error via your registered e-mail ID and take your consent to change price or specification in your order. You will have right to refuse the same and in such event, we may cancel your order and refund paid amount to you.
- For any other unforeseen situation at our end, we reserve the right to execute or cancel the received enquiry / order under unavoidable circumstances. In such case, you will be informed accordingly and refund of the paid amount, if any, will be processed in your account.
- We may run many promotions and schemes simultaneously to suit different customers at any given point of time. Only one promotion/scheme will be applicable on design / product at the time of enquiry / ordering. No two or multiple promotions/schemes can be combined for a design / product at the time of enquiry / ordering. Any Promotions or Schemes will be for limited period with specific terms & conditions.
- We may send you E-Coupons under any promotions or scheme through any electronic communication, or any communication and we will not be responsible if you could not notice the said promotion or scheme and not used any E-coupons to get benefit under promotion/scheme. It can’t be adjusted later under any circumstances.Registered users using the E-Coupons in any manner shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the associated terms and conditions. The value of E-Coupons and the mode of using E-Coupons will be specifically mentioned in respective promotion / schemes. E-Coupons can be redeemed only on payments made through our website only designs / products which are mentioned under promotions / schemes. E-Coupons shall be invalidated in case of rejection of payment by us pursuant to ours risk containment measures. One E-Coupon can be used only for one purchase irrespective of the value of such purchase and the unutilized or underutilized value of the E-Coupon shall be forfeited, and you cannot claim any benefit or a substitute an E-Coupon in lieu of the same. An E-Coupon carries no cash value and cannot be transferred, negotiated or sold and cannot be redeemed against cash. E-Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or promotion.

and after sales service, unless mentioned in interior design/product information. However, we will be able facilitate you to resolve any issues if it fits into product warranty / guarantee or other terms mentioned in design / product details and deemed appropriate by us.
